山紫菀类药材的性状与显微鉴别（一）

Morphological and Histological Identification of Chinese Crude Drug Shanziwan (The Radix and Rhizome of Ligularia ) (Ⅰ)

摘要: 山紫菀类药材主流商品的基源有7种,即:蹄叶橐吾Ligulariafischeri(Ledeb.)Turcz.,鹿蹄橐吾L.hodgsoniiHook.,狭苞橐吾L.intermediaNakai,川鄂橐吾L.wilsoniana(Hemsl.)Greenm.,毛苞橐吾L.sibirica(L.)Cass.var.araneosaDC.,离舌橐吾L.veitchiana(Hemsl.)Greenm.和黄亮橐吾L.caloxantha(Diels)Hand.-Mazz.,对其生药性状与显微特征进行了比较研究,并分别编制了主要性状特征比较表及显微特征检索表。

Abstract: The comparative morphological and histological studies on the Chinese crude drug Shanziwan derived from the radix and rhizome of Ligularia fischeri (Ledeb.) Turcz.,L.hodgsonii Hook. , L. intermedia Nakai , L.wilsoniana (Hemsl.) Greenm. , L.sibirica(L.) Cass.var. araneosa DC. , L. veitchiana(Hemsl.) Greenm. , L. caloxantha (Diels.) Hand. - Mazz. were carried out and illustrated with diagrammatic and detailed draw ings. A table for morphological comparison and a key for microscopical identification are also presented.
