头孢呋新酯的多晶型研究
Investigation of the Polymorphism of Cefuroxime Axetil

摘要: 用不同有机溶剂重结晶制备了头孢呋新酯的多晶型,通过差热分析、红外光谱、X-射线粉末衍射法等进行鉴别,确定头孢呋新酯的晶体存在两种晶型,即低熔点晶型α和高熔点晶型β。测定了不同温度下,两晶型在0.07mol/L盐酸溶液中的平衡溶解度,并计算其溶解热。Abstract: The polymorphs α and β of cefurox ime ax etil were prepared from different organic solvents and characterized by means of DSC、IR and X-ray powder diffraction. Equilibrium solubilities were measured at five different temperatures in 0. 07 mol /L HCl solution and the enthalpies were calculated. The solubilities of crystal form α at fiv e different tempertures in 0. 07 mo l /L HCl solution were greater than those of crystal form β. The enthalpies of crystal form α and β were 9. 64 kJ/mol and 12. 04 k J/mol, respectively.
