Preparation of Immobilized Antibody Membrane of Acoustic Immunosensor for Determination of Insulin

  • 摘要: 选择5%聚乙烯醇为膜材料,与10u/ml胰岛素抗体混匀,在压电石英晶体上制备活性抗体膜。放免法检测结果表明,抗体膜具有良好的机械强度、透性和响应性能。抗体膜与不同浓度的胰岛素抗原结合,显示抗体膜上胰岛素结合量与胰岛素浓度呈线性相关。
    Abstract: Active antibody membrane on piezoelectric quartz crystal was prepared with the mixture of 5% polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and 10 u/ml insulin antibody. The results measured by radioimmunoassay and acoustic immunosensor show that there are better functions in the strength, responsibility, and penetration of the membranes . The binding amount of insulin to the certain concentration of antibody immobilized in the membrane is better correlative to the concentration of insulin in samples.
