Protoplast Formation and Regeneration from the Micromonospora M 90 and the Effects on Antibiotics Yield

  • 摘要: 报道了新抗生素M-90产生菌原生质体的制备、再生及对产抗生素的影响。利用二级菌丝培养,在35℃、溶菌酶浓度为2mg/ml的条件下,酶解菌丝,形成原生质体达10/ml;选择适当的再生条件,再生率达20%;原生质体再生株的抗生素产量比对照株提高34%。
    Abstract: The paper reports the formation and regeneration of protoplast from the new antibiotics, Micromonospora M-90, as well as the effects on antibiotics yield producing strain. Under the conditions of 35℃ and 2 mg/ml of lysozyme, the secondary mycelia of M-90 was cultured and enzymelysed, and was protoplast formed at 10/ml; the regeneration rate reached to 20% under the selected regenera-ting conditions; the antibiotics yield of the regenerated protoplast colony was increased by 34% as compared with the control.
