摘要: 采用离子对高效液相色谱法测定陈皮及胃苏冲剂中昔奈福林的含量。色谱条件为:ResolveC18色谱柱,柱温40℃;流动相为26.2mmol/L十二烷基磺酸钠水溶液-乙腈-磷酸(700∶300∶0.5);流速0.8ml/min;检测波长276nm;线性范围0.01～0.1mg/ml,r=0.9998,加样回收率为97.2%,RSD为2.1%。

Abstract: The contents of synephrine in samples were measured by IP-HPLC. The measurement conditions used were as follows: Resolve C18 column; temperature 40℃; mobile phase: 26.2mmol/L SDS-acetonitrile-phosphoric acid(700∶300∶0.5); flow rate: 0.8ml/min; wavelength for measurement:276nm; the linear range was 0.01～0.1mg and the correlation coefficient was 0. 9998. The recovery rate for synephrine in Weisu Granules was 97.2% with 2.1% of RSD.
