神乐片中钩藤碱的双波长薄层扫描定量法

Quantitative Determination of Rhynchophylline in Shenle Tablets

  • 摘要: 采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了神乐片中钩藤碱的含量。钩藤碱的最大吸收波长是253nm,参比波长是370nm。本法操作简便,结果较好,为控制产品质量提供了科学依据。
    Abstract: The content of rhynochophylline in Shenle Tablets was examined by dualwavelength thin layer chromatography. The sample wavelength was 253nm and the reference wavelength was370nm. Sx= 3 and the slit was 1.2nm×1.2nm. This standard curve was linear within the rang e of 0.5~5μg and correlation coefficient was 0.9997. The average recovery was 98.40%(n=5). This rapid, simple, sensitive and specific method is suitable for quality control of this product.
