缩氨基硫脲衍生物与Cu~(2 )、Co~(2 )、Ni~(2 )配合物的制备、表征及抑菌活性

摘要: 以N~4-苯基-5-硝基糠醛缩氨基硫脲和N~4-苯基糠醛缩氨基硫脲为配体设计合成了六种Cu~(2 )、Co~(2 )、Ni~(2 )的配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并对配合物的抑菌活性进行了测定,大部分配合物都显示出较强的抑菌活性,而Cu~(2 )配合物活性最强。
