摘要: 与市售片(A)比较研制出贝诺酯(SAPA)胶囊剂(E),将主药与表面活性剂混合研磨提高生物利用度。以表面活性剂溶液作溶出介质浆法测定溶出度。高效液相色谱法测定SAPA在血浆中的代谢物水杨酸(SA)和扑热息痛(PA)的浓度,并对SA血浓进行药动学及生物利用度分析。
