RP—HPLC法测定黄芩中黄芩素,汉黄芩素的含量

The Quality Control of Active Ingredients from ScuteIIaria baicalensis by RP-HPLC

  • 摘要: 建立了黄芩有效部位中主成分黄芩素、汉黄芩素的RP-HPLC分析方法,并采用改良逐步登高法对色谱条件进行优化。确立色谱条件为:Nova-Pak C_(18)(4.6mm×150mm)柱,水-乙腈-冰醋酸(73:23:3)为流动相,以黄芩素和汉黄芩素为外标,峰面积定量,紫外检测(λ=275um)。本法对黄芩素、汉黄芩素的回收率分别为102.5%,101.0%。初步稳定性实验证明:该品在碱性条件下易分解,在中性及酸性条件下稳定性良好。
