Determination of Isosorbide 5 Mononitrate in Human Plasma by Capillary Column Gas Chromatography with ECD

摘要: 以硝酸异山梨酯为内标，乙酸乙酯为萃取溶剂，建立了５－单硝酸异山梨酯血浆样品经液－液萃取分离后，毛细管气相色谱电子捕获检测的灵敏、准确的定量分析方法。对血浆中５－单硝酸异山梨酯测定的最低检出量为２ｎｇ／ｍｌ，血药浓度在１０～６００ｎｇ／ｍｌ范围内色谱响应线性良好。并用于５－单硝酸异山梨酯药动学的研究。
