摘要: 采用紫外分光光度法（λmax237nm）对国产6个厂家的硝苯地平片进行体外溶出度考察。实验数据按威布尔分布模型进行拟合，得出溶出度参数。结果表明：各厂家的硝苯地平片的累积溶出存在显著性差异（P＜0．01）。
