酸性染料比色法测定愈美颗粒剂中氢溴酸右美沙芬的含量

Determination of Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Contained in Yumei Granules by Acid Dye Colorimetry

摘要: 以溴麝香草酚蓝为酸性染料，在pH4．2时与氢溴酸右美沙芬形成有色的络合物，用氯仿提取后，在432nm处由比色法测定了愈美颗粒剂中氢溴酸右美沙芬的含量。方法简便、灵敏、准确，重现性好，模拟处方回收率为99．94／。
