摘要: 综述了近年来国际国内新药研究开发的最新进展和重要成就，提出了加速我国新药研究的若干思考，并对２１世纪初期新药研究开发的一些发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: This article reviews the recent advances in drug discovery and development at home and abroad, and presents the strategic thinking for promotion of drug research in China and the prospects of drug discovery and development for the early 21st century.
