摘要: 采用与普通纳米脂质体相比较的方法,首次研究了环孢素柔性纳米脂质体的制备方法,测定了粒径、多分散性指数、药物含量以及包封率等理化特性,并证实了其在外压作用下特定的变形性,表明表面活性剂胆酸钠的存在促进脂质体的变形,这种作用与胆酸钠在双分子层中所占比例以及外压有关。
