摘要: 以苯乙酸或已二酸为起始原料,与相应的胺反应,得到中间产物取代羧酸,再分别与3,4-二甲氧基苯乙胺作用,制得二酸胺,经过还原、脱甲基,得到产品多培沙明。探讨了通过胺和羧酸直接加热熔融制备酰胺的方法。
