摘要: 研究了精油类促进剂对非诺洛芬钙经皮渗透的影响。通过双室渗透装置进行了体外渗透实验。结果表明,各种促进剂的促渗作用为：桉叶油＞薄荷素油＞松节油＞月桂氮酮＞油酸;精油类促进剂可明显增加非诺洛芬钙的经皮吸收,其渗透系数和增渗倍数,均比其它促进剂大。
