Chemoenzymatic Synthesis of D-Phenylglycine

摘要: 对化学酶法制备Ｄ－苯甘氨酸工艺进行了研究。利用荧光假单胞菌９８０６作为酶源，将ＤＬ－苯海因生物转化为Ｎ－氨基甲酰－Ｄ－苯甘氨酸，后者与亚硝酸钠反应生成Ｄ－苯甘氨酸，收率为４７．５％。
