妥布霉素化学提取精制特性研究

The Study on the Speciality of Extraction and Purification of Tobramycin

摘要: 对硫酸妥布霉素生产中发酵液的水解、离子交换层离、成盐等条件进行了研究。结果表明：６＾〃－Ｏ－氨甲酰妥布霉素水解形成妥布霉素的反应为一级反应，其水解介质最佳ｐＨ值为１０。用氨水作为离子交换层离妥布霉素解吸剂的最佳浓度为０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。妥布霉素碱转盐应采用高限量计算的硫酸。按上述条件生产的硫酸妥布霉素产品附合ＵＳＰ标准。
