止咳平喘膜剂的研制与穴位作用机理初步探讨

摘要: 研制了中药穴位经皮给药系统－止咳平喘膜剂。采用双室渗透扩散装置考察膜剂的经皮吸收性能；测定膜剂珩小鼠膻中、肺腧等穴位用药后的穴位电阻值、Ｎａ＾＋－Ｋ＾＋－ＡＴＰ酶活性和经皮吸收量。结果表明，膜剂中有效成分之一的黄芩甙以零级速率透过皮肤，渗透性能良好；穴位给药后皮肤电阻值降低，酶活性升高，经皮吸收量增加，与非穴位给药相比有显著性差异。
