柱晶白霉素发酵工艺的代谢调控研究

Metabolism Regulation on Fermentation of Leucomycin

  • 摘要: 柱晶白霉素(Leucomycin,LM)是低毒有效的十六元大环内酯类抗生素,其生物合成受到前体及调节物的影响。本文研究了柱晶白霉素发酵工艺的代谢调控,探讨了前体及代谢调节物对抗生素效价的影响。实验结果表明在发酵开始前加入0.1%的前体丁酸钠及1%的调节物磷酸镁,效价分别比对照组提高了330%和230%,可为工业应用提供帮助。
