双酶法合成D—（—）—对羟基苯甘氨酸

Dual-enzymatic Synthesis of D-(-)-p-Hydrox yphenylglycine

摘要: 目的研究用土壤杆菌CPU1295完整细胞双酶转化法生产D－（－）－对羟基苯甘氨酸。方法通过测定D－因酶及D－氨甲酰酶的比活力来选择发酵和转化反应条件。结果经优化，两酶化活力分别达到1.3u/ml发酵液和0.46u/ml发酵液，终产物经鉴定为D－（－）－对羟基苯甘氨酸。结论本法是一种有发展前途的生产工艺。

Abstract: AIM To investigate the process of producing D-p-hydroxyphenylglycine from DL-p-hydroxy-phenylhydantoin via the catalysis of intact cells of Agrobacterium sp. CPU 1295. METHODS The fermentation and conversion conditons were chosen by means of determining
