银杏总酸中有关成分的LC／DAD／API／MS分析

Analysis of Compositions in the Ginkgolic Acids Extract by Using LC/DAD/API/MS

摘要: 目的：鉴别银杏总酸中的有关成分。方法：采用LC／DAD／API／MS联用技术分析。结果：鉴别出4种银杏酸的主要成分白果新酸、白果酸、氢化白果酸和氢化白果亚酸，同时发现2个未知成分。结论：根据两个未知化合物的UV光谱及质谱的裂解规律，推测为银杏酸的同系物。
