摘要: 目的 研究盐酸洛美利嗪在DMSO-d6溶剂中的核磁共振现象并对其质子和碳信号进行归属。方法 测定其在改变温度和加入重水条件下的各种1D和2D核磁共振谱。结果 室温下以DMSO-d6为溶剂时,哌嗪环及与其相连的碳,氢均呈现多个峰或宽峰,提高温度或加入重水后,其碳,氢信号均出现“合并”或变窄现象。结论 室温下在DMSO-d6溶剂中,不同构象的盐酸洛美利嗪同时并存。随着温度的提高或加入重水,则逐渐变为单一并且稳定的构象。Abstract: AIM To investigate the NMR phenomena of lomerizine dihydrochloride and to assign all proton as well as carbon signals in the NMR spectra.
