两种乳化技术制备的爱普列特微球的特性研究

Characteristics of Epristeride Microspheres with Two Emulsifying Preparation Methods

摘要: 目的：开发爱普列特控释微球，评价两种方法制备的微球的物理特征。方法：通过加入少量水溶性高聚物PVA和电解质NaCl，分别应用水-油-水双乳化技术和油-水乳化技术喷液干燥法制备爱普列特微球，并测定了微球的密度、粒径、比表面、含水量和释放度等特征数据。结果：两种制备方法得到的微球的物理特征不同。结论：适当应用PVA和NaCl，可以帮助改善微球中药物的释放度；高密度微球用水-油-水乳化技术制备，而低密度微球用油-水乳化技术制备。
