布地奈德结肠定位微丸的制备及释药特性研究

Study on the Preparation and Drug Release of Controled-Release Micropellets for Budesonide Colon Specific Delivery

摘要: 目的：制备pH-时滞型布地奈德微丸并对其释药特性进行研究。方法：采用锅包衣法制备裁药微丸，并进行乙基纤维素有机溶液包衣及Eudragit FS30D水分散体包衣。用转篮法进行释放度实验，采用多种pH模式筛选和评价处方。结果与结论：包衣厚度及材料比和pH对释药速率均有影响。优选处方微丸在高低2种pH模式下，其释药特性符合设计要求。
