Preventive and Curative Effect of Tea Polyphenols and Tea Pigments on Mice Skin Photoaging Induced by Ultraviolet Irradiation

  • 摘要: 目的:研究茶多酚、茶色素对紫外线照射致小鼠皮肤光老化的防护作用。方法:光镜下观察茶多酚、茶色素对真皮弹性纤维的影响;通过嵌套PCR检测皮肤组织线粒体DNA(mtDNA)的缺失突变。结果:茶多酚、茶色素组的弹性纤维断裂、卷曲的程度较模型组轻,且mtDNA的缺失突变也无模型组严重。结论:茶多酚、茶色素能改善光老化模型小鼠真皮弹性纤维的病变,两者可不同程度地缓解小鼠皮肤组织mtDNA的缺失突变。在延缓皮肤光老化作用茶色素与茶多酚无显著差别。
