摘要: 目的:应用NMB技术对狼毒大戟中Jolkinolide型二萜jolkinolideA和B以及17-hydroxyjolkinolide A和B的1H和13CNMR信号进行了准确归属.方法:运用2D NMR技术(1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC和NOESY实验)和选用高灵敏度低噪音的二维脉冲序列、反式梯度场探头.结果与结论:首次准确地归属了4种Jolkinolide型二萜NMR谱中1H、13C信号的化学位移,并确定了17-hydroxyjolkinolide A和B的相对构型.Abstract: AIM:This paper described the using of the 2D NMR spectra to assi gn the chemical shift of 1H and 13CNMR of jolkinolide d iter penoid from Euphorbia fischriana METHOD:The 2D NMR technolo gy ( 1H- 1H COS Y,HSQC,HMBC,NOESY) of high se
