摘要: 目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定非洛地平口腔粘膜粘附片体外渗透特征.方法:采用Franz扩散池研究非洛地平透过鸡嗉囊的行为.HPLC法测定接受池中非洛地平的浓度.同时对药物渗透鸡嗉囊的机制进行初步探讨. 结果:HPLC可简便、精确地测定透过模型粘膜的药物量.非洛地平以零级速率透过鸡嗉囊,渗透速率常数为0.8981%/h.结论:HPLC法准确测定非洛地平从口腔粘膜粘附片中渗透过鸡嗉囊的量.Abstract: AIM: HPLC method was established to determine the permeation characteristics of felodipine from buccoadhesive tablets through chicken ingluvies.METHOD: The Franz diffusion cells were utilized to characterize the permeation behaviour of felodipine from buc
