Morphological Investigation on the Model of the Hepatocyte Fatty Degeneration

摘要: 目的:对药物导致肝细胞脂肪变性模型进行研究.方法:体外培养肝细胞,给予2种药物损伤因子(乙硫氨酸和四环素),以扫描电镜观察为指标,考察模型组的变化.结果:各模型组的细胞形态与正常组相比有显著性差异,细胞形态不规则、细胞肿胀、细胞膜上有大小不一的孔,甚至有的细胞膜不完整和出现破损.结论:乙硫氨酸和四环素均可不同程度地导致肝细胞的脂肪变性.
