  • 摘要: 目的 : 采用多种色谱-波谱联用技术,鉴别并归属栀子厚朴汤中的特征成分;分析主要特征成分在配伍前后的溶出变化。 方法 : 采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测技术(LC-UV)、高效液相色谱-荧光检测技术(LC-FD)、高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测-串联质谱联用技术(LC-PDA-MS/MS),分析栀子厚朴汤及方药不同配伍组。色谱系统:Lichrospher C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%乙酸梯度洗脱。 结果 : 从栀子厚朴汤中分离并鉴别了7个特征成分;不同配伍对6种特征成分的溶出有一定的影响。 结论 : 各种色谱-波谱联用技术是研究中药方剂物质基础的有效手段;中药复方配伍的化学基础并非单味药化学基础的简单加合。
    Abstract: Aim :To identify the characteristic ingredients in Zhi-Zi-Hou-Pu decoction (ZZHPD) by utilizing various hyphenated chromatographic-spectrum techniques and investigate the effects of the compatibility on the dissolution of the chemical components. Methods :After separation on a Lichrospher C18 column using methanol-0.1% acetic acid gradient elution,LC-UV,LC-FD and LC-PDA-MS/MS analyses were performed for ZZHPD and the water extracts of different mixtures of crude drugs,respectively. Results :Seven ingredients were separated and identified. The dissolution profiles of six investigated components were affected by the different composition of the crude drugs. Conclusion :It is an effective method to study the material foundation of traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) by hyphenated chromatographic-spectrum techniques.Some compounds in the TCMs are different form those in the raw medicinal materials.
