键合型纤维素手性固定相的制备及应用

摘要: 目的 : 制备键合型纤维素手性固定相,并用于手性药物分析。 方法 : 合成了纤维素10-十一碳烯酰酯/3,5-二氯苯基氨基甲酸酯衍生物,通过自由基聚合反应,将其键合于烯丙基硅胶上,得到手性固定相,并对手性药物进行色谱分离。考察了流动相系统对色谱分离的影响。 结果 : 吡喹酮等4种对映体化合物得到较好分离。 结论 : 得到的手性色谱柱对溶剂稳定性好。Abstract: Aim :To prepare the immobilized 3,5-dichlorophenylcarbamate of cellulose on allylsilica gel as chiral stationary phase,and to study its application on chiral drug analysis. Methods :10-Undecenoate/3,5-dichlorophenylcarbamate derivatives of cellulose was synthesized and efficiently immobilized on allylsilica gel by radical polymerization reaction. The chiral stationary phase (CSP) was evaluated by HPLC separation of enantiomers. The influence on separation resulted by the composition of mobile phase was discussed. Results :Four enantiomers including praziquantel were separated. Conclusion :The self made column has high solvent resistance.
