植物源大环二萜类化合物生物活性的研究进展

Progress in the research of bioactivities of plant-derived macrocyclic diterpenoid compounds

  • 摘要: 植物来源的天然产物以其特有的骨架结构及生理活性,为新药研发提供了丰富的先导化合物和候选药物来源,成为当前药物研究的热点。本文综述了植物来源的大环二萜类化合物生物活性研究的最新进展,重点介绍了该类化合物对于肿瘤,艾滋病等人类重大疾病的药用价值,并讨论了植物源大环二萜类化合物药物开发应用存在的问题及开发前景。
    Abstract: Plant-derived natural products with unique skeletons and bioactivities provide considerable drug leads and candidates,thereby constituting a hotspot in the field of drug discovery.This article reviews recent progress on bioactivities of plant-derived macrocyclic diterpenoid compounds,focusing on their pharmaceutical potentials in combating cancers,AIDS as well as other serious diseases.The possible obstacles and promising advantages involved in the development and application of plant-derived macrocyclic diterpenoids as pharmaceutical agents are also discussed.
