Chemical components of essential oils from the herb of Sabina pingii var.wilsonii.

摘要: 目的 : 研究香柏挥发油的化学成分,为香柏的开发利用提供理论依据。 方法 : 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取香柏挥发油,用GC毛细管柱进行分析,归一化法测其相对含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。 结果 : 共初步鉴定出79个化合物,鉴定出的化合物含量占总挥发油的93.78%。 结论 : 香柏挥发油主要成分为α-杜松醇(相对含量为16.70%);α-小茴香烯(14.98%);3,7,11-甲基-2,6,10-十二碳三烯-1-醇(6.49%);1-甲基-4-[1-甲基乙基]-1,4-环己二烯(4.74%);贝壳杉-5,16-二烯-18[或19]-醇(3.62%);α,α,4a,8-四甲基-1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,7-八氢- 2-甲醇萘(3.04%);[+]-4-蒈烯(2.81%);D-柠檬烯(2.71%);β-月桂烯(2.59%);雪松醇(2.40%);α-蒎烯(2.36%);1,1,4a-三甲基-7-异丙基-1,2,3,4,4a,9,10,10a-八氢菲(2.32%)。Abstract: Aim :To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the essential oils of Sabina pingii var.wilsonii.. Methods :The essential oils were extracted using steam distillation and separated with GC capillary column.The components were quantitatively determined with normalization method,and were preliminarily identified by GC-MS. Results :79 Components were identified,which took up 93.78% of the essential oils. Conclusion :The main components of essential oils were α-terpineol(16.70%);α-fenchene(14.98%);2,6,10-dodecatrien-1-ol,3,7,11-trimethyl-(6.49%);1,4-cyclohexadiene,1-methyl-4-[1-methylethyl]-(4.74%);kaura-5,16-dien-18[or19]-ol(3.62%);naphthalenemethanol,1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,7-octahydro-α,α,4a,8-tetramethyl-,[2R-cis]-(3.04%);[+]-4-carene(2.81%);D-limonene(2.71%);β-myrcene(2.59%);cedrol(2.40%);α-pinene(2.36%);7-isopropyl-1,1,4a-trimethyl-1,2,3,4,4a,9,10,10a-octahydrophenanthrene(2.32%).
