汉黄芩素抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

Research advances in wogonin′s anti-tumor effects

摘要: 汉黄芩素是一种天然的黄酮类化合物，最新研究发现汉黄芩素有增强肿瘤细胞对凋亡诱导作用的敏感性、特异性诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤血管生成、逆转肿瘤细胞抗药性以及协同抗癌剂促进肿瘤细胞死亡等作用。本文从作用机制角度对汉黄芩素以上几方面抗肿瘤作用的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Latest researches have indicated that wogonin，a naturally occurring flavonoid，could sensitize tumor cells to apoptosis，selectively induce apoptosis in the malignant tumor cells，inhibit tumor angiogenesis，reverse drug resistance as well as promote tumor cell death synergistically with other anti-cancer agents.This paper summarizes the involving mechanisms of wogonin′s anti-tumor effects.
