若干重要药用植物的成分研究

Chemical research on some important medicinal plants

  • 摘要: 本项目长期致力于我国重要药用植物成分结构与功能方面的基础研究,旨在揭示其控制疾病和生态适应性的科学内涵并为新药和新资源发现提供重要线索。采用现代波谱和色谱方法与国际公认的分子、细胞和动物水平的功能评价体系高效集成,深入系统地研究了220 种传统用途明确且具自然竞争优势重要药用植物的内含物,揭示了它们的物质基础与作用特点,获得了大量重要科学数据。为将药用植物的资源优势及其相关知识积累及时转化成现代新药研究领域急需的新生长点进行了大量的研究工作。另外,植物不能主动逃避任何威胁,它们可能是靠有关成分来应对干旱、暴晒、昆虫和病菌攻击等多种挑战。本项目对如何有效地分析活性物质特殊性并揭示植物“生态适应力”与“成分”的关联性进行了长期不懈的研究,发现了大量有生物学功能和/或化学系统学意义的新成分,并阐明了相关化合物的光谱学规律和生物活性特点。此发现既揭示了这些植物的药用价值和化学系统学特征,又为重要成分的新来源研究提供了重要线索,积累了大量重要科学数据,对其它来源的天然产物研究具有广泛的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Elucidating the bioactive constituents in Chinese herbal medicines(CHMs) has become one of the key issues for the modernization of CHMs.During the last decades,great advancements have been made on the elucidation of bioactive compounds from CHMs.However,most researchers and pharmaceutical industries tend to approach CHMs in a characteristically western way that is to isolate active ingredients and test them one by one.Therefore,it is necessary to develop methodologies consistent with their own characteristics that the whole CHMs are a set of multi-component parts self-organized into an interactive and indivisible whole.Combining multidisciplinary technologies,Prof.Ping Li′s research team has obtained significant innovation in academic theories,research ideas and methodologies.After about ten years of investigation,they have successfully developed a technical platform that is consistent with holistic views and characteristics of CHMs for studying bioactive compounds.This technical platform includes multi-component profiling technique,in vivo dynamic evaluation technique,biological fishing-chemical analyzing technique,multi-component interactive studying technique and multi-index quality control technique.The project provides insights and technical supports for the innovation of discovering bioactive constituents and studying integrative mechanism.
