阴离子-非离子混合模板剂法制备有序介孔硅胶微球及其性能研究

Synthesis and characterization of ordered mesoporous silica spheres using mixed nonionic and anionic mixed surfactants as templates

  • 摘要: 以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,插入三嵌段聚合物,十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)为助模板剂,乙醇为助溶剂,在弱酸性条件下合成有序介孔氧化硅微球(OMSs),并对其进行表征,研究其性能。结果表明,OMSs具有大的比表面积(700 m2/g)、有序的孔结构、窄的孔径分布及表面光滑的单分散球形形貌,其对苦参素具有强的吸附性能。将此OMSs匀浆装柱,在高流速流动相条件下具有较低的柱压降,能够有效分离芳香族化合物苯和硝基苯。作为色谱填料,OMSs有较好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The ordered mesoporous silica spheres(OMSs) were synthesized under low acidic conditions using tri-block copolymer EO20PO70EO20(P123) as the template,tetraethyl orthosilicate as silica source,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as cosurfactant and ethanol as co-solvent.The characteristics of OMSs was investigated.Results showed that the OMSs had high surface area (700 m2/g),ordered pore structure,narrow pore-size distribution,mono-disperse spherical morphology,and strong adsorption capacity for oxymatrine.The column with OMSs showed low pressure at high flow rate and could be used to separate the mixture of benzene and nitrobenzene.OMSs has a bright future as the chromatographic packing material.
