地蚕中抗肿瘤成分的研究

Anti-tumor components in Stachy geobombycis

摘要: 从地蚕(Stachy geobombycis C.Y.Wu)中首次分得具有抗肿瘤活性的已知化合物芹菜素-7-O-(6″-反式-对香豆酰)- β-D-半乳糖苷(ACGR)。用MTT法初试其抗肿瘤活性，并采用HPLC法测定了其在地蚕植物中的含量。实验初步证明地蚕中黄酮苷类化合物可能具有抗肿瘤活性，为地蚕抗肿瘤作用进一步研究提供了方向。

Abstract: The compound with anti-tumor activity was isolated and identified as apigenin 7-O-(6″-(E)-p-coumaroyl)- β-D-galactopyranoside (ACGR) from Stachys geobombycis C.Y.Wu for the first time.Its antitumor activity was evaluated by MTT method,and its content was determined by HPLC.The preliminary assay result illustrates the anti-tumor potential of flavonoids in Stachys geobombycis C.Y.Wu,and provides an approach to clinical application of Stachys geobombycis C.Y.Wu in cancer therapy.〖
