去氧鬼臼毒素-磺丁基醚-β-环糊精包合物的制备及抗肿瘤作用

Preparation of solid inclusion complex of deoxypodophyllotoxin-SBE-β-CD and its antitumor activity

摘要: 用正交试验优选磺丁基醚-β-环糊精对去氧鬼臼毒素的包合效果，差示扫描量热法和X射线衍射法确证包合物的形成。经包合，使去氧鬼臼毒素在水中的溶解度从约0.5 mg/L提高至约5 g/L。该包合物体外、体内活性试验证实，去氧鬼臼毒素对多种肿瘤细胞具有显著的抗肿瘤活性。

Abstract: The orthogonal design was used to optimize the inclusion of deoxypodophyllotoxin with sulphobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin,and the prepared solid inclusion complex was confirmed by differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffration.After being included,the solubility of deoxypodophyllotoxin in water increased from 0.5 mg/L to 5 g/L.This solid inclusion complex was tested for in vitro and in vivo reveal antitumor activities,and the reslts revealed that this complex exhibited significant antitumor activity against various cancer cell lines.
