缩宫素对胎鼠脑缺氧损伤的保护作用

Protective effect of oxytocin on hypoxia damaged fetus rat

  • 摘要: 围产期胎儿缺氧、缺血可导致婴儿神经系统异常。用无糖、缺氧人工脑脊液培养胎鼠脑切片造成脑细胞损伤模型,研究缩宫素的保护作用。电镜观察显示,缩宫素可使细胞凋亡明显减少;免疫组化测定结果显示缩宫素可使胎鼠海马CA3区缩宫素受体(OTR)和γ-氨基丁酸A受体β1亚基(GABAARβ1)明显增多。实验结果表明缩宫素对胎鼠缺氧、缺血神经元的损伤有保护作用。
    Abstract: Perinatal hypoxia may induce some neural disease of infants. Damage model of fetus rat brain was made by incubation in oxygen and glucose deprived artificial cerebrosinal for the investigation of the protective effect of oxytocin. Electron micrograph showed that oxytocin could decrease the apoptosis. Results of immunohistochemistry experiments showed that oxytocin could increase oxytocin receptor (OTR) and gamma-aminobutyric acid receptor A β1 subunit (GABAARβ1).It was concluded that oxytocin possessed protective effect on neurone damage of fetus rats.
