Chemical constituents from ethyl acetate extract of Ganoderma lucidum

摘要: 从赤灵芝Ganoderma lucidum(Leyss.ex Fr.) Karst.提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离出12个化合物，通过波谱方法和理化性质分别鉴定为大黄酚( 1 )，大黄素( 2 )，黄芩素( 3 )，鼠李素( 4 )，异甘草素( 5 )，柠檬苦素( 6 )，2,5-二羟基苯乙酮( 7 )，苯甲酸( 8 )，灵芝酮三醇( 9 )，啤酒甾醇( 10 )，麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-醇( 11 )，麦角甾醇( 12 )。化合物 1~6 为首次从灵芝属中分离得到，化合物 7 为首次从赤灵芝子实体中分离得到。

Abstract: Twelve compounds were isolated and purified from ethyl acetate extract of Ganoderma lucidum,and were identified as chrysophanol( 1 ),emodin( 2 ),baicalein( 3 ),rhamnetin( 4 ),isoliquiritigenin( 5 ),limonin( 6 ),2,5-dihydroxyacetophenone( 7 ),benzoic acid( 8 ),ganodermanontriol( 9 ),cerevisterol( 10 ),ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol( 11 ) and ergosterol( 12 ) by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis.Compounds 1-6 were first isolated from the genus Ganoderma,while compound 7 was first isolated from this medicinal material.
