Abstract:
The effect of the compatibility of Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata and baked Radix Glycyrrhizae on the content and intestinal adsorption of aconitine-type diester diterpenoid alkaloids in water decoction were investigated by utilizing an LC-MS/MS method.Water decoctions of single Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata and Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata together with baked Radix Glycyrrhizae were chosen as objects to study the content changes of aconitine, mesaconitine and hypaconitine,of which the intestinal adsorption changes were also evaluated with in vitro everted gut sac method. The results showed that the compatibility of Radix Aconite Lateralis Preparata and baked Radix Glycyrrhizae could not only reduce the content and intestinal adsorption of aconite alkaloids, but also maintain no significant difference in the absorptivity in different intestinal segments of rat.
