Abstract

Total Ginseng Sapogenins were obtained from ten Ginseng preparations by use of the column chromatography. The qualitative analysis of Ginseng preparations by two dimentional TLC and the determination of the contents of panaxatriol, panaxadiol and oleanolic acid by the dualwavelength TLC scanning method were studied in six Ginseng preparations.
