  • Four steps,including normal silica gel chromatography,medium pressure silica gel chromatography,medium pressure ODS RP-chromatography and recrystalization,were used to isolate and purify paclitaxel from the fermented extracts of ST026 (Altemaria alternate var.monosporus).The total yield of paclitaxel was 0.003 9% with the purity of 99.0% and the recovery of of 38.5%.
