  • In order to investigate the effect of anti-miRNA-21 on the sensitivity of hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines Huh 7 to gefitinib,MTT assay and flow cytometry were used to detected the proliferation and apoptosis of Huh 7 cells transfected by anti-miRNA-21 on the induction of gefitinib.Western blot was used to detect the expression of phosphatase and tensin homolog(PTEN) and relative protein of ERK/Akt pathway.The results showed that anti-miRNA-21 combining with gefitinib inhibit the proliferation of Huh 7 cells significantly (P<0.05)；and inhibited the expression of ERK/Akt pathway related protein more efficiently.Anti-miRNA-21 could upregulate the expression of PTEN in Huh 7 cells.In conclusion,anti-miRNA-21 increased the sensitivity of hepatocellular carcinoma Huh 7 cells to gefitinib.
