Abstract: Chronic non-communicable diseases(NCDs)have become a major cause of death and disability worldwide. Therapeutic B-cell vaccines, aiming at inducing neutralizing antibodies against important mediators of such diseases, have been recognized as a new approach to treat chronic diseases. Several therapeutic B-cell vaccines have been made for the treatment of chronic diseases.
