基于2-(2-羟基苯基)-4(3H)-喹唑啉酮(HPQ)结构的荧光探针研究进展

Research progress of fluorescent probes based on 2- (2-hydroxyphenyl) -4 (3H) - Quinazolinone (HPQ) structure

  • 摘要: 2-(2-羟基苯基)-4(3H)-喹唑啉酮(HPQ)是一种具备聚集诱导发光(AIE)和激发态分子内质子转移(ESIPT)双重特性的小分子化合物。HPQ脂溶性和水溶性均较弱,在生物体系中原位响应后产生不易扩散的沉淀,适合于长时荧光显像。本文首先介绍了HPQ的固态发光机制,其次对其在金属离子的检测和其在生命分析化学中的可视化显像的应用进行了综述,以期为开发更加安全有效的荧光显像剂提供参考。

     

    Abstract: 2- (2-hydroxyphenyl) -4 (3H) - quinazolinone (HPQ) is a small chemical entity with the simultaneous characteristics of aggregation-induced emission (AIE) and excited state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT). Featured with emitting fluorescence in solid state and anti-diffusion ability due to weak lipophilicity and hydrophily, it is suitable for in situ long-term fluorescence imaging after response to the corresponding analytes in biological systems. We first elucidated the luminescence mechanism of HPQ in solid state, then summarized its application in the detection of metal ions and the visual imaging of biomarkers in physiological and pathological processes, in order to provide some references for the development of more safe and effective fluorescent imaging agents based on HPQ.
