Abstract: As an important class of organic compounds, C-glycosides possess significant application value in fields such as drug development and natural product research due to their unique structural characteristics and biological activities. In recent years, research on C-glycosides has attracted considerable attention. This article systematically introduces the synthetic methods of C-glycosides and delves into their biological activities and mechanisms of action in areas such as antiviral, antibacterial, antitumor, and antidiabetic applications, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the innovation and application of C-glycosides.
