番石榴止血有效成分的研究

A Hemostatic Constituent of Psidium Guava-Ellagic Acid

  • 摘要: 本实验报告从番石榴提取、分离的止血有效成分经鉴定为鞣花酸。家兔静脉注射剂量20mg/kg,可使平均凝血时缩短51%。

     

    Abstract: A pure crystalline hemostatic constituent has been isolated from Psidium Guava,and has been oomfirmed to be an ellagic acid by mp, UV, IR and R_f values, and its effect on the blood coagulation in rabbit has been investigated. By intravenous injection with a dosage of 20 mg/kg, it makes a 51% reduction in the average coagulation time of rabbit.
