Quantitative Determination of Phenylbutazone and Aminopyrine Mixture by Orthogonal Functions Spectrophotometric Method

  • 摘要: 本文选择了适当的条件,用正交函数分光光度法消除了保泰松和氨基比林紫外吸收光谱的相互干扰,从而分别测得了混合物中两者的含量,回收率和精密度均颇满意。

     

    Abstract: Some suitable experimental conditions have been selected for determination of phenylbutazone and aminopyrine by orthogonal functions spectrophotometric methodThe proposed method can be used to eliminate the mutual interference of their UVspectra, and the mixture can be determined separately. The results obtained aresatisfactory both in recovery and precision.
