DETERMINATION OF THE log P OF CAFFEIC ACID BY HPLC

  • 摘要: 本文利用高效液相色谱法测定了咖啡酸、桂皮酸与阿魏酸三种化合物的 log P 值。其中咖啡酸的 log P 值为1.89。其他两个化合物的 log P 值与文献相符。

     

    Abstract: The log P of caffeic acid,cinnam acid and ferulic aeid were determined byHPLC.The log P of caffeic acid is 1.89.The log P value of the remaining twocompounds are corresponding to the values of literature.
